Courtney holds an MFA in directing from Western Illinois University and a BFA in theatre arts from the Conservatory at Stephens College, where he currently works as an Adjunct Professor of Acting and guest director. This Summer, he can be found at the Clinton Area Showboat Theatre in Clinton, Iowa where he serves as Artistic Director. He will be directing Guys and Dolls as well as Bonnie & Clyde.
